Copyright Complaints

If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to contact@techreveals.in with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request”.

Your Notice Must Include

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact URL(s) where the allegedly infringing material is located on our site.
  • Your full name, address, email and telephone number.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly, typically within a few business days.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@techreveals.in containing the same identifying details and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.

Repeat Infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances, remove content and take action against repeat infringers.
